1.dafa Platform General Terms of Use

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the dafa platform, accessible via the website dafa.ml and the official dafa mobile app. By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Dafa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be delivered to members via their registered email or in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.

The dafa platform provides online betting services covering live casino, sports betting, bingo, e-sports, and various other game categories. All services are subject to these Terms and any specific terms applicable to a particular game category.

2.Membership Eligibility

To register and use the dafa platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration and at all times during platform use.
• Not residing in a country or region that specifically prohibits or restricts access to online betting services under applicable local laws.

3.Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the dafa platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, even using different information, are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances held within those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you need to provide include:

• Full name as per official identification document
• Valid date of birth
• An active and reachable email address
• Valid Malaysian phone number
• A strong and unique password for your dafa account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and dafa account login details. dafa will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account information. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, please contact the dafa support team immediately.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include MyKad, a valid Malaysian passport, or a driving licence. The process is typically completed within 24 working hours after the complete documents are submitted.

4.Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

Dafa supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and online bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited to your dafa account within minutes.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit; however, transactions exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification.

7.Member Responsibilities & Conduct

• Using a VPN or location-masking tools to bypass imposed access restrictions

Dafa reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including temporarily freezing the account while the investigation is ongoing. Member cooperation during the investigation process is greatly appreciated and can help expedite resolution.

8.Account Suspension & Closure

A dafa account may be closed or suspended in two ways — at the member's own request or at dafa's sole discretion.

Account closure at the member's request: You may request closure of your dafa account at any time by contacting our support team. Before the closure is processed, all valid balances in your account will be returned via your original payment method, subject to any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.

Account closure by dafa: dafa reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• There is strong evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
• The member violates any of the Terms stated in this document
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• A directive has been issued by the relevant authorities

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, dafa reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending an ongoing investigation.

9.dafa Liability Limits

Dafa provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will be free from errors or technical disruptions at all times.

Dafa shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from internet service disruptions or infrastructure failures beyond our control
• Losses resulting from wagering decisions made by the member themselves
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform
• Data loss caused by malicious third-party actions

Dafa's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10.Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Dafa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to all active members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

Your continued use of the dafa platform after any amendment's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 8.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the dafa platform is registered. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to the relevant arbitration body.
